Analyst, Data Governance

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain data quality KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and governance maturity assessments
• Design and implement data quality solutions, including data profiling, business rules, root-cause
• Analyze data health and trends, identify quality risks, and recommend preventive and corrective
• Partner with Data Owners, Data Stewards, Category Managers, business stakeholders, and technical
• Gather, document, and maintain business metadata, business glossaries, data definitions, and data
• Manage and enhance metadata repositories and data catalog content, ensuring information remains

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science
• At least 3 years of experience in Data Governance, Master Data Management, Data Quality, or a
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting data governance frameworks, processes
• Experience developing data models, business process models, relationship diagrams, and data lineage
• Hands-on experience with metadata management and data catalog platforms such as Alation or
• Strong experience with Tableau and advanced Microsoft Excel.
