Analyst Deal Desk

📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pricing and terms decisions
• Build complex pricing models
• Analyze pricing and revenue impact in deals
• Approve discounts and terms exceptions
• Review and approve low-tier discounts
• Apply department guidelines for term exception requests
• Advise Deal Desk leadership on approvals
• Manage communications with sales reps and context
• Drive adoption of Q2C tools and Deal Desk processes
• Monitor Deal Desk and CRM process compliance
• Assist and train on Q2C tools
• Participate in projects to improve Deal Desk processes

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills with large data sets
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus
• Experience with CRM systems (MS Dynamics) and MSBI tools
• Critical attention to detail with high accountability
• Ability to prioritize during high volume
• Affinity for negotiations
