Analyst, Deal Operations

📋 Description

• Quote & contract approvals — review and approve quotes and contract workflows within policy
• Feature & subscription activation — enable product tiers, configure accounts, and manage trial
• Policy & process guidance — be the first line of support for AEs with questions about deal
• Playbook development — document what you learn; help build the SOPs and escalation guides that make
• Drive consistency across deal processes by helping to optimize, streamline, and automate
• Serves as a subject matter expert on deal constructs, operational procedures, approval policies

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a Deal Desk environment, preferably in a high growth SaaS company.
• Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, and other sales-related systems, including pricing and data
• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
• Excellent project management instincts, with an ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
• You have a “get things done” mentality; you can dissect problems, identify solutions, and drive
