Analyst, EFT Trade Compliance and Operations

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end international movements of capital equipment, repairs, returns, demonstration
• Serve as the primary point of contact for international outbound movements from the United States
• Manage active Shipment Authorization Form (SAF) requests, monitor shipment milestones and
• Provide shipment status updates to engineers and project teams, track open issues, and ensure
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to support timely U.S.
• Manage U.S. export and destination-country tariff classification activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in U.S.-Mexico cross-border operations, customs compliance
• Experience preparing customs documentation and supporting customs audits
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills (Macros) and ERP system experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, international trade, customs administration, supply chain
