🎯 Requirements

• Native German speaker (C1/C2)
• Track record in sales, recruiting, account management, or sourcing
• Experience with sourcing and cold outreach
• Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable with C-level execs
• Energetic, enthusiastic; team-oriented
• Persistent, driven; strong prioritization in fast-paced settings
