Analyst, FDD

📋 Description

• Assist senior team members to support Buy-side/Sell-side Due Diligence and related M&A
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify risks and opportunities in transactions.
• Prepare databooks and financial analyses (Trial balances, Balance Sheet, P&L, working capital)
• Participate in executive management interviews with target companies and draft client-facing
• Collaborate with project teams to manage workstreams and meet deadlines.
• Contribute to firm-wide initiatives and travel as required.

🎯 Requirements

• CPA/CA/MBA Finance or Bachelor’s in Accounting; Fresher with internships or 1 year of experience.
• Intermediate Excel skills (SUM, SUMIF/SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH).
• Microsoft 365 (all apps).
• Willingness to travel as required.
