Analyst, Global Total Rewards

📋 Description

• Support the administration and ongoing delivery of global compensation and benefits programs
• Analyze compensation benchmarking, internal equity, salary structures, and rewards data to identify
• Coordinate annual and ad hoc compensation activities, including merit increases, incentives
• Maintain accurate job architecture, job descriptions, job titles, and rewards-related information
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, data analyses, and insights for Total Rewards
• Collaborate with HR, People Operations, Finance, Payroll, employees, managers, benefits providers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or university degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related
• 4+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, Total Rewards, HR analytics, HR Operations, or a
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including lookups, data validation, pivot tables, reconciliation
• Demonstrated experience administering and maintaining HR systems and benchmarking tools supporting
• Working knowledge of global compensation and benefits practices, market benchmarking, job
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Salary.com is an advantage.
