📋 Description

• Own and maintain functional configuration across Workday Core HCM and Talent, ensuring the platform
• Provide production support, troubleshoot system issues, and deliver enhancements and optimization
• Gather and analyze business requirements, partnering with stakeholders to translate HR needs into
• Configure and test business processes, condition rules, validations, and security-related changes
• Lead Workday release testing and regression activities to validate system changes and minimize
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and other HR stakeholders to identify opportunities for

🎯 Requirements

• Bring professional experience supporting Workday HCM, with practical knowledge of the platform and
• Experience with Workday Talent is preferred, particularly working across multiple Workday
• Demonstrate knowledge of Workday business process configuration, including the ability to
• Have experience with testing, regression activities, production support, issue resolution, and
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex
• Bring excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate
