Analyst II - BioPharma LBA

📋 Description

• Execute assay workflows including sample preparation, reagent preparation, and plate-based assay
• Perform data processing and assist in preparing data summaries for review
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data integrity in compliance with study protocols, SOPs
• Troubleshoot routine assay or laboratory issues and escalate when appropriate
• Ensure proper sample handling, tracking, and chain of custody
• Support method development, qualification, or validation activities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or related field with 1–3 years of
• Hands-on experience working in a GLP-regulated laboratory environment (required)
• Experience with ligand binding assays (ELISA, MSD, or similar) preferred
• Strong laboratory skills including pipetting, plate-based assays, and documentation
• Familiarity with regulated workflows and data integrity requirements
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within SOP-driven environments
