📋 Description

• Maintain the investor portal, manage shareholder access, keep documents and distribution lists
• Coordinate annual audit confirmations and support regulatory, compliance, and operational due
• Prepare quarterly shareholder financial reporting packages with Finance and Accounting, build
• Contribute to projects across investor relations, capital formation, corporate finance, and

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of finance experience at an investment manager or investment bank, or in corporate
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or another quantitative field, or equivalent
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with financial data.
• Exceptional attention to detail, a commitment to accuracy, and strong organizational skills to
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate across teams
