• Role within SpaceXAI Safety: manage global information requests and support privacy and free
• Handle document intake, processing, and tracking with focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Initially focus on EMEA casework in collaboration with regional teams.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide timely responses to emergencies.
• Communicate with teammates and cross-functional teams to support deliverables.
• Take ownership of projects from start to finish with attention to detail.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in written and spoken English; strong writing skills.
• Working proficiency in Japanese to review legal documents.
• Experience with user information requests, legal documents, or legal education.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to prioritize in a dynamic
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining high quality output.
• Collaborative mindset with proactive problem-solving and comfort with ambiguous policy escalations.
