Analyst, Loan Servicing

📋 Description

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of loans and associated debt, acting as the primary point of contact
• Assist team members with their assigned portfolios, as needed.
• Partner with the Lending group to effectively administer assigned relationships.
• Assist with reviewing requests for disbursement of funds pursuant to lending agreements.
• Prepare or review all required documentation before submission for disbursement and assist with
• Review reporting and other data relevant to the assigned portfolio to monitor status and provide

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in loan servicing and administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Commercial real estate lending experience preferred.
• Experience with bridge loans, construction loans, or repo facilities preferred.
• Familiarity with loan-servicing platforms and third-party servicing systems preferred.
