Analyst (Private Client) - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

📋 Description

• Complete KYC/CDD reviews for corporate clients, including complex ownership structures.
• Verify client documentation and identify beneficial owners and controlling parties.
• Conduct risk assessments and client screening (sanctions/PEP/adverse media).
• Support ongoing monitoring and periodic client reviews.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to obtain required due diligence information.
• Escalate high-risk or unusual findings where appropriate.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven KYC/AML/CDD experience in CSP, trust, or regulated financial services.
• Strong knowledge of corporate due diligence and beneficial ownership.
• Experience reviewing complex corporate structures across jurisdictions.
• Familiarity with AML regs, sanctions screening, risk-based onboarding.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage priorities and work independently in fast-paced env.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
