• Conduct internal quality audits, reviews, and monitoring activities to evaluate compliance with
• Analyze operational performance data and quality assurance reports to identify trends, recurring
• Develop routine and ad hoc performance reports, interpret findings, and provide actionable
• Investigate quality issues and potential root causes, then develop, implement, and monitor
• Collaborate with operational leadership and cross-functional teams to develop new procedures and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least three years of related professional experience
• At least three years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, compliance monitoring
• Demonstrated experience conducting audits, quality reviews, and monitoring activities to assess
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret operational data
• Experience preparing, analyzing, and presenting routine and ad hoc performance reports to support
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and track corrective action plans to resolve quality issues
