• Perform QA reviews for voice and non-voice US mortgage eviction, sale, and closing
• Analyze findings from process reviews and highlight trends for improvement
• Make data-driven recommendations to reduce variation and errors
• Track responses to findings and follow up with business units
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement QA project plans
• Stay updated on US mortgage industry best practices and regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• 2-5 years QA experience in US mortgage industry
• Knowledge of US mortgage processes: eviction, sale, closing
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis and reporting tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication for audits
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
