  • Prepare agendas and track action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain documentation of regulatory objections and state requirements.

  • Bachelor's degree in legal, healthcare-related or humanities field, or 4 years' experience.
  • 2+ years in health insurance customer service, claims, appeals, or regulatory team.
  • Strong attention to detail; ability to manage complex documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Tools.
  • Familiarity with health insurance operations.
  • Experience with individual market health insurance plans.
