📋 Description

• Monitor RPA workflows through Microsoft Power Platform dashboards, Kapow Management Console, and
• Perform L1 support and initial incident triage, including troubleshooting Power Automate flows
• Restart failed bots and workflows in accordance with established procedures and identify common
• Log, update, track, and communicate incidents through ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira
• Escalate unresolved or critical technical issues to the appropriate development or technical leads.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring incidents and document root causes, corrective actions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any specialization or equivalent educational background.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Power Automate, including Cloud and Desktop flows.
• Familiarity with Kapow/Kofax RPA, including Design Studio and Management Console.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of APIs, JSON, and SQL is preferred.
• Familiarity with Python and JavaScript is an advantage.
• Experience or familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
