Build and maintain financial models for capital planning, forecasting, and budgeting
Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports and variance analysis for leadership
Track KPIs across the organization
Partner with Project Controls and Operations to track capex vs budget
Prepare investor updates, Board materials, and fundraising briefs
Analyze financial performance; identify trends, risks, opportunities

🎯 Requirements

2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related field
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
Experience with NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication; able to present findings clearly
