• Be single point of contact for appraisers, brokers and stakeholders on valuations.
• Obtain valuation documents from vendors and appraisers.
• Provide inbound/outbound calls and emails; share status with stakeholders.
• Maintain 100% SLA and high-quality, error-free work.
• Fluent English with neutral accent; meet HRD outputs.
• Escalate issues to supervisor; ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Excellent written communication with accurate grammar.
