📋 Description

• Support Compliance with vendor partners; perform BPO audits and standardize processes across sites.
• Monitor BPO Alerts and respond to incidents; assist in user access reviews for SOX audits.
• Collaborate with Global Scaled Operations, Moderation, Customer Support, Legal, Finance, and
• Maintain vendor compliance metrics and identify inefficiencies for remediation.
• Assist in coordinating with multiple teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in operations, compliance, audit support, or a trust & safety-related role
• BachelorB4s degree or equivalent; ISO27001:2022 is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking and trend analysis.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems or access management tools is preferred.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with ability to document processes and interact with external
