📋 Description

• Calculate and enter disability benefit deductions (offsets) and adjusted short-term disability
• Review benefit calculations to ensure accuracy and consistency with applicable group disability
• Identify and communicate overpayment amounts to plan members, providing clear, accurate, and
• Follow up with plan members regarding outstanding overpayments and coordinate appropriate repayment
• Negotiate reasonable and mutually acceptable repayment plans when necessary, taking individual
• Manage and complete disability claim recovery activities within the Navigator system.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous professional experience in disability benefit calculations, including familiarity with
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply group insurance contracts and understand how different income
• Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to demonstrate empathy and professionalism
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly when explaining calculations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
