📋 Description

• Set up, execution, and troubleshooting on HPLC and/or UPLC instrumentation.
• Preparation of protein samples, standards, and controls
• Preparation of organic and salt mobile phases as well as acidic cleaning solutions.
• Handling and use of micropipettes
• Gathering, processing, and recording data in an electronic database
• Thorough and complete documentation of standard operating procedures followed and resulting test

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, related field with 2-4 years of HPLC, GMP experience OR
• MS with 1+ years of HPLC, GMP experience
• Experience maintaining HPLCs/UPLCs
• Experience with MCE and iCEIF assays
• Knowledge of cGMP
• Strong technical, computer, and organizational skills.
