📋 Description

• Act as site leader for the B shift on the weekends (if shift lead).
• Managing QBAS as lead checker and schedule (if shift lead).
• Lead and coordinate a high-performing laboratory team, driving productivity, quality, safety, and
• Act as a key client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring service delivery
• Support the development, coaching, and performance of team members through training, mentoring, and
• Manage laboratory scheduling, resource planning, and cross-training activities to maximise

🎯 Requirements

• A degree or diploma in chemistry or a related subject.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical industry GMP laboratory
• Experience in a leadership capacity
• Good team player, organised, accurate, have strong documentation skills
• Passionate about quality and client service.
• Good communication skills both internally and externally.
