Analytical Process Senior Scientist

📋 Description

• Perform analytical testing on small molecule pharmaceutical samples using methods such as HPLC(MS)
• Execute method development and optimization activities
• Analyze experimental data and properly document experiments (electronic lab notebook and records)
• Support process development activities and the execution of required analyses
• Generate protocols and reports on performed experiments
• Perform routine laboratory equipment maintenance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related scientific discipline (Advanced degree preferred)
• Minimum 6 years of laboratory experience with bachelor's degree or 2 years with an advanced degree
• Working knowledge of common analytical instrumentations (HPLC, GC, KF, NMR) with hands-on
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Ability to react quickly to changes in project priorities and timelines
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with a can-do attitude
