Analytical Separations Scientist

📋 Description

• Perform qualifications and validations using instrumentation such as cSDS, cIEF, HPLC, UV-Vis, and
• Prepare samples for testing via dilution and other techniques
• Independently perform assigned assays within deadlines
• Draft qualification and verification reports with senior scientists
• Record lab work in real time via an electronic lab notebook
• Contribute scientific data used in BLA filings

🎯 Requirements

• At least a BS/MS in Chemical Engineering, Biological Sciences, Chemistry or Biochemistry
• At least 3 years of relevant lab experience with HPLC and CE
• Advanced degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, or Biochemistry
• Understanding of method development/optimization/qualification/validation
• Experience with analytical methods including cSDS, cIEF, UV-Vis, slope spectroscopy
• Accurate pipetting and strong background in analytical techniques
