• Manage and develop a team of 3-4 data analysts through mentorship, performance management, and

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
• 2+ years of people management experience, or demonstrated readiness for management
• Proven track record delivering high-impact analytics projects in fast-paced environments
• Marketing analytics background required - attribution modeling, campaign performance measurement
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data manipulation
• Strong experience with Tableau at an administrator/publisher level (data source governance
