Analytics Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and maintain data pipelines in Snowflake and dbt for reconciliation between internal and external systems.
• Own data workflows for Claim Reimbursement and Contract Sales to ensure accurate financial tracking.
• Partner with Accounting, Operations, Reporting, and Engineering to align financial data.
• Ensure data quality across systems and support audits with traceable data practices.
• Use Thunderclient and Postman to interface with production systems and improve integrations.
• Identify, investigate, and fix data quality issues; drive process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Snowflake and dbt.
• Proficiency with API interaction and tools like Thunderclient or Postman.
• Familiarity with reconciliation, financial audit prep, cross-system data integrity.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to proactively address data inconsistencies.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup or cross-functional environment is a plus.
• Bonus: experience with claims, reimbursements, or financial data operations.
