Analytics Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and scale reliable data pipelines from requirements to delivery.
• Develop performant, well-tested data models for reporting.
• Partner with Finance, Ops, Product, Tech to understand data needs.
• Apply data modeling frameworks (entity tables, event streams, Kimball).
• Optimize query performance, monitor pipeline health, ensure data quality.
• Integrate data from multiple domains to create cohesive reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in analytics/data engineering roles.
• Strong dbt experience: complex projects, macros, and Jinja.
• Advanced SQL with query optimization.
• Experience with dbt Core/Cloud and Git; Redshift is a plus.
• Collaborate with analysts, product, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Strong communication; connect data work to business impact.
