Analytics Engineer

📋 Description

• Build end-to-end data models and pipelines for the CDM.
• Implement data quality checks, contracts, validation, and monitoring.
• Partner with upstream teams to fix data gaps at the source.
• Support regulatory exams, audits, and regulator requests with timely data.
• Automate recurring manual workflows into scalable pipelines and self-serve tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years building and maintaining production data pipelines and models
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, dbt, and Snowflake/Databricks
• Experience implementing data quality frameworks (contracts, validation, monitoring)
• Experience supporting regulatory exams or audits with accuracy and timeliness
• Ability to turn tribal knowledge into durable, documented infrastructure; responsible AI use
