Analytics Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and maintain dbt data models, from raw source data to consumable mart tables, powering
• Build and maintain BI tooling that makes it easy for end users to visualize and extract the data
• Work closely with engineers to understand how Mollie's money movements work and make sure the data
• Partner with stakeholders across Merchant Finance, Treasury, and the Payments domain to define and
• Create compelling data visualisations and narratives that communicate your findings clearly to
• Implement data quality validation checks, testing frameworks, and proactive monitoring to ensure

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical foundation in SQL and Python; experience with data modelling and automation
• Strong experience with dbt; additional experience in BigQuery/GCP and Airflow is a plus
• Ability to zoom out and to zoom in to support implementation, often on the same day
• Skilled at stakeholder management, especially across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience in financial data and financial processes is a big plus
• Business-aware, impact-driven, and curious
