Analytics Engineer — Data Analytics & Transformation (DAT)

📋 Description

• Turn business questions into structured analyses and clear, actionable recommendations, with
• Define and refine KPIs, and use statistical and predictive methods to spot trends, risks and
• Build automated dashboards and self-service data products that replace manual reporting.
• Write tested, version-controlled code, and use AI tooling (copilots, agents, workflow automation)
• Own data quality, consistency and governance for the datasets you work on.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in analytics engineering, data/business analytics, BI development or a similar role.
• Strong SQL and confidence with large, complex datasets.
• Hands-on Python for analysis, automation and statistical/predictive modeling.
• Practical experience using AI in analytics workflows.
• A solid grasp of statistics and attention to methodological detail.
• Software engineering habits (version control, testing, documentation) and experience with
