Analytics Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data models and views in Looker/Observable.
• Partner with engineering to ship polished customer-facing data views.
• Work with Product and Customer Success to define metrics and reporting.
• Set direction for the analytics stack and where reports live.
• Own data infrastructure decisions, including data flow between BigQuery and S3.
• Use modeling and analytics to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in analytics, data science, or BI owning end-to-end modeling to presentation
• Proven SQL expertise with strong data modeling fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with BI tools like Looker or Observable
• Experience with data warehouses/pipelines (BigQuery, S3) and PostHog
• Track record building internal and customer-facing dashboards
• Strong judgment on data for different audiences
