📋 Description

• Support users through technical troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving via calls and sessions.
• Provide guidance on analytics engineering best practices, SQL, data modeling, and workflows.
• Become a subject matter expert on the platform to help users maximize value.
• Create tutorials, documentation, guides, demos, blog posts, videos, and code samples.
• Build and nurture a strong analytics community by engaging users and advocates.
• Represent the product at events and share insights on modern analytics and AI-driven workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with dbt, SQL, data modeling, and modern data stack technologies.
• Strong understanding of BI, analytics workflows, and data team practices.
• Comfortable working with Git, command line tools, and data visualization platforms.
• Experience using AI coding assistants and productivity tools to accelerate development, debugging, and problem-solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to different audiences.
• Natural teaching ability and experience creating educational content or enablement materials.
