• Directly lead a team of Analytics Engineers in a defined domain
• Own the AE roadmap for your domain, prioritising investments with stakeholders
• Drive a data products mindset: ownership, SLAs, observability
• Review data models and SQL; guide architectural decisions; unblock team
• Contribute to AE-wide tooling, standards and process
• Build a high-performing, inclusive team culture with feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Analytics Engineering, BI Engineering, or Data Engineering with strong SQL
• Proven experience managing a team of ICs, with a track record of developing people and giving feedback
• Own a technical roadmap for a domain with measurable business impact
• Strong grounding in cloud data warehousing, transformation tooling, data modelling, data quality
• Engage with senior stakeholders to align analytics investments with priorities
• Marketplace/e-commerce/retail analytics experience
