🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in analytics, data or BI engineering, including 2+ years leading a team or leading others
• Expert SQL and Python
• Data modeling and pipelines: design warehouse and mart models, semantic layer, star schema/Data
• Engineering discipline: branching, code review, schema/data tests, CI, rollout and rollback plans
• Data quality and data fluency: validation, root cause analysis, documentation standards
• Business impact: solution design, dashboards, trusted partner to business leaders
