📋 Description

• Owning the analytics function - setting the strategy, maintaining and improving the stack
• Being commercially embedded from day one - joining trading meetings, understanding what actually
• Delivering insights to leadership - turning complex analysis into clear, opinionated
• Aligning stakeholders - working across commercial, product and finance to agree what matters most
• Building analytical models - from marketplace supply and demand to understanding what makes a care
• Setting the standard for how analytics works at Lottie - establishing ways of working, data quality

🎯 Requirements

• Around 8+ years' experience in analytics, ideally in a data-rich business
• Strong individual contributor who can also lead
• Thinks analytically and picks up a business fast
• Communicates clearly and brings people with you
• Confident pushing back
• Hands-on technically, uses agents to write SQL, comfortable building and maintaining data pipelines
