• Establish and continuously improve the operational analytics framework for new international

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a cross-functional analytical role with a demonstrated record of
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitatively rigorous field such as statistics, mathematics
• Strong understanding of consumer lending and credit, including lending economics, portfolio
• Experience supporting international lending markets, particularly in Europe or APAC, is highly
• Demonstrated ability to balance growth objectives with profitability and develop data-driven
• Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.

🎁 Benefits
