📋 Description

• Work with cross-functional teams to define pricing strategy and structure new deals.
• Leverage research to understand market size, merchant preferences and product fit.
• Draw insights from data to test pricing constructs and optimize portfolio performance.
• Work with cross-functional teams on international market deals.
• Monitor and optimize pricing and offers for international markets.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong ownership, curiosity, and ability to think creatively in fast-paced, collaborative and ambiguous environments.
• 6+ years in a fast-paced analytical role (pricing, finance, consulting, or lending).
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, Snowflake, Sigma; SQL and Python.
• Curiosity and bias toward using AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate workflows.
• Detail-oriented with ability to see the big picture and apply business context.
