📋 Description

• Establish analytics framework for new international markets with scalable metrics.
• Identify opportunities via analysis to improve UX, growth, and profitability.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations and optimization plans.
• Define metrics, generate insights, track performance, and create dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in cross-functional analytics role.
• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field (stats/math/finance/econ).
• Strong knowledge of consumer lending, lending economics, portfolio performance, and credit metrics; international markets experience desirable (Europe/APAC).
• Proficient in SQL and Python for analysis.
• Practical and theoretical knowledge of A/B testing.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts and collaborating cross-functionally.
