📋 Description

• Own design, operation, and governance of automated monitoring
• Be primary data owner for regulatory exams and audits
• Triage data anomalies; route to remediation with validation
• Map automated checks to regulatory requirements
• Drive automation roadmap: build pipelines and self-service tools
• Lead day-to-day technical direction for the analytics function

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in compliance analytics, monitoring, or similar data roles
• Advanced SQL and Snowflake/Databricks; build pipelines and dashboards
• Working knowledge of TILA/Reg Z, ECOA/Reg B, EFTA/Reg E, FCRA, SCRA
• Translate regulations into data logic and interpret data anomalies
• Evidence-grade rigor: reconcile, validate, reproduce for exams/audits
• AI fluency: use AI-assisted tools with validation
