Analytics Manager

📋 Description

• Analyze customer management initiatives: campaigns, segmentation, CRM optimization.
• Monitor performance and produce financial reporting for operations and JV partners.
• Support regulatory AML, KYC and Responsible Gaming reporting.
• Interpret data and provide ongoing reports using statistical techniques.
• Identify trends in complex data sets and report on KPIs.
• Manage projects with tight deadlines; present insights to senior audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of and experience with SQL.
• Experience with statistics and tools (Excel, Pandas, PowerBI, Tableau).
• Experience with CRM analysis: segmentation, campaigns, costing, ROI.
• Ability to handle large volumes of numerical data.
• Interest in Casino/Sports Betting/Gaming industry and customer understanding.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks and meet deadlines; teamwork.
