Analytics & Research Senior Scientist

📋 Description

• Serve as primary methodological expert for research programs, analytics initiatives, benchmarking, and measurement solutions.
• Guide survey design, measurement approaches, analytics methodologies, and research decisions.
• Lead development and evaluation of survey instruments and measurement frameworks.
• Apply expertise in survey methodology, sampling, weighting, psychometrics, and bias mitigation.
• Ensure reliability, validity, and comparability of measurement programs; validation studies.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Client Support, and leadership teams across analytics lifecycles.

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. in Survey Methodology, Statistics, Psychometrics, Sociology, Psychology, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in survey research, analytics, measurement science, or related areas.
• Advanced knowledge of survey methodology, questionnaire development, psychometric testing, sampling, weighting, and bias reduction.
• Experience designing and applying research methodologies: experimental designs, A/B testing, RCTs, qualitative and mixed-methods.
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as SPSS, R, Python, SQL, or equivalents.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management to influence senior audiences.
