• Evolve the native mobile app as a product-focused Android engineer
• Balance well-tested resilient code with moving fast and iterating
• Work in small, autonomous product squad alongside iOS Engineers, Backend Engineers, User
• Take responsibility for an overall company goal rather than building a specific feature
• Collaborate with the Android discipline to discuss tools, techniques, and problems
• Report to an engineering manager with 1:1 meetings every 1-2 weeks

• Experienced in programming in Kotlin
• Shipped and iterated on at least one app in the Play Store
• Has a product mindset with customer outcomes and data-informed decisions
