• Lead and scale SEO/AEO and content optimization teams.

• Coordinate UGC/community advocacy across Reddit, Stack Overflow, GitHub, Wikipedia.
• Develop AI-first content frameworks; train cross-functional SMEs.
• Define advanced analytics and attribution for AEO and PLG impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ yrs in technical SEO/digital strategy; 2–3 yrs AI/LLM focus; 3+ yrs leading SEO.
• Proven leadership: hire, mentor, influence cross-functional teams.
• Deep LLM crawl/index knowledge; semantic HTML, JSON-LD, knowledge graphs, RAG.
• Developer empathy: engage with engineers and developer communities.
• Executive communication: translate AI/SEO to business ROI.
• Tooling: Conductor, Ahrefs, SEMrush; Profound; GA/Amplitude; Jira.
