Design, fabricate, and characterize antenna prototypes for phased arrays and gateways
Create EM simulation models of antennas, filters, and PCB layouts
Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, DSP, and software teams to validate RF systems
Create and test phased array alignment solutions
Develop design, validation, and production test solutions for high-volume antennas
Write Python automation to interact with units under test and test equipment

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
1+ year experience with antennas or communication systems; willing to work extended hours
1+ year experience with radio test equipment (spectrum analyzers, VNAs, VSGs)
1+ year programming in Python, C#, C++, or MATLAB
ITAR: U.S. citizen/national or eligible for export authorization
Master’s degree or PhD in RF/antenna engineering (preferred)
