Design advanced antenna and feed systems for next-gen phased arrays
Fabricate and characterize prototypes of antennas, feeds, RF front ends
Contribute to software and testing of digital beamforming for phased arrays
Provide phased array expertise to set specs and debug satellite and ground test products
Perform validation testing of prototype and production designs
Analyze field RF performance data and investigate improvements

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
2+ years RF/antenna R&D experience (internship/thesis acceptable)
1+ year with 3D EM tools (CST, HFSS, FEKO, EMPro, TICRA or XFDTD)
