📋 Description

• Advise clients on antitrust and competition law matters across domestic and international markets.
• Support merger control assessments and provide antitrust analysis for mergers, acquisitions, and

• Demonstrated experience advising on antitrust, competition law, or related regulatory matters.
• Experience supporting government investigations, regulatory inquiries, enforcement proceedings, or

• Proven ability to counsel business teams on competition risks and translate complex legal
