3+ years' AP/AR management in fast-paced multi-entity env.
Experience leading a small team across currencies/entities.
Strong accounting principles; ACA/ACCA/CIMA bonus.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; NetSuite experience a plus.
Proven track record automating finance processes.
Comfort with AI tools to reduce manual work; data-driven.
