AP/AR Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage accounts payable and related transactions
• Process invoices and verify payment details
• Maintain accurate payment records and spreadsheets
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams
• Collaborate with corporate accounting on recording and researching payments

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years AR/AP experience
• Associate's degree in Accounting preferred
• MRI, Yardi, JD Edwards experience a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Access experience
• Data entry accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and multitasking
