AP Manager

📋 Description

• Build and own the AP lifecycle across 15+ international entities.
• Hands-on AP operations: invoices, vendor bills, and payments.
• Design AP workflows and integrations: NetSuite, Ramp, Pleo.
• Implement internal controls: approvals matrix and policy.
• Reconcile and support month-end close; accruals and close.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; 5+ years AP or multi-entity.
• Hands-on NetSuite and Ramp administration experience.
• Proven track record building/scaling AP with internal controls.
• Experience using AI tools and automation for workflows.
• Familiarity with VAT/compliance for European entities.
• Excellent English; independent, structured remote worker.
